The amount of excitement we all have for the release of Captain Marvel is almost indescribable. The MCU women characters have risen so much in the past year or two, and we love how awesome they are portrayed on screen. Captain Marvel is the first female mcu hero to have her own movie. Brie Larson has been in movies with such emotion that it has left a mark in our hearts. Her roles in “Room” and in “Kong: Skull Island” really show her talent in acting, she has shown all emotions in just those two movies. Judging by all her movies she’s played a role in, she can pull off action, comedy and drama. In Captain Marvel we will see her at her highest point which we cannot wait for. Can March 2019 come any faster?

In this photo Captain Marvel also known as Carol Danvers is wearing the signature blue, red and gold suit. Just a little back story on Carol, she is an airforce pilot who gained her powers from a Kree warrior known as Mar-Vell who we will see in another picture soon. The Kree are an advanced alien race who are in a war with another alien race the Skrull.
Captain Marvel’s powers include, energy beams from her hands, flight, strength and durability. She can also sense when something bad is coming just like how spider-man can with his spider sense. Kevin Feige (a film producer that has been with Marvel Studios since 2007) has said in an interview, “Your going to get the most powerful super hero that we’ve ever introduced”.
Captain Marvel is so powerful that she can even move planets, we aren’t quite sure if that will be shown in the movie but what a sight that would be. Carol Danvers has been said to be a difficult team player, sound familiar?
If we do see Captain Marvel and Iron Man together in Avengers 4 it would be really funny to see how they communicate with each other. Carol has other qualities like headstrong, reckless, stubborn and not always wanting to wait for orders as well. But in a good light, you would say she really speaks her mind and won’t let people stand in her way which makes her very empowering.
This movie will be set in the 1990’s, and Carol Danvers will already have her powers, just like how Black Panther and Spider-Man Homecoming started. Although there might be some flash backs showing a little bit of back story before she had her powers and how it all came about.

Here is Capatin Marvel with an elite military Kree team called “starforce”. You might recognize one of the characters in this group, Korath on the far left. Korath appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.1, that was working with Ronan to retrieve the power stone. It’s so crazy to see people we have seen in other mcu movies in a different time. I’m sure we are all looking forward to see how his journey started.

Here w e see Jude Law who plays Mar-Vell, with Carol Danvers. Mar-Vell is the leader of star force and is also a mentor figure to Carol. You can also see some sort of alien language written on their clothing, which looks like Kree words. We are still curious as to what those words are when translated. Those words could even just be the team name “starforce”.

Now we see Mar-Vell with Ronan “the Accuser” from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1. In GOTG Ronan was an outcast from the Kree for his extremist views, but it looks like in this movie he is a high ranking member of the Kree society. We could possibly see how Ronan fell from his position and how he became an outcast which would be really interesting to see.

This photo is of the Skrull race with Talos the leader at the front. The Skrull are warring against the Kree. They are known for their shape shifting abilities, this makes us think of so many theories. There could be many people that look normal on the outside but could be Skrull’s in disguise. One of those theories will be mentioned in the next photo.

It’s so crazy how Marvel can de-age Nick Fury, and we see him with both eyes still. There are lot’s of ideas that people have to what caused the scar above Nick’s eye, it could have just been from a punch in the face, but we probably won’t know until we see the movie. A very interesting theory was said about the Skrull’s leader Talos and Nicky Fury’s eye. If Talos can shape shift into a human, he could have gotten close to Nick Fury and tricked him which could have caused the loss of his eye. We might think of the time Nick said this to Captain America in Winter Soldier…
I guess we will see if that is true or not, and that’s another thing that would be interesting to figure out. We have only known the Nick Fury with only one eye, so it’s going to feel very strange to see him with both eyes.
Will Captain Marvel be the biggest game changer in the fight against Thanos in Avengers 4 or will there be others who might be the key in Thanos’ defeat like Iron Man? Let us know your thoughts.
